My husband Dennis rented a beautiful blue Toyota Camry. We were driving twelve hours to Upstate NY for our nieces ten year vow renewal. I made all the decorations. The trunk was so roomy, everything I made fit in there. Our son is six foot five inches tall, he had enough leg room in the front and back seat. Thank you Enterprise for the car being productive and making our travels enjoyable.
We needed a car a few days while visiting the grandkids. They treated us like criminals. We are enterprise plus members and have rented numerous vehicles without incident. But I guess our good history with Enterprise is irrelevant to this location. We had to have a local utility bill in good standing, id, cc.. No problem. Then they played 20 questions as to what? Where? When? How? It costed us $165 for 2 days and we were told to have it back before 6 on Friday. What, where, when should not matter as long as were responsible. Around noon on Friday they called us and again questioned us and told us to have it back before 5:30. I have rented numerous cars and have never been treated this way! Enterprise has lost a good customer.
I rented a van for a family trip and I have ZERO complaints! The van was clean and top of the line! Customer service at the Smithfield location was great as well! Definitely using their services again!
