This was to replace 2 Bose systems that I have used almost every day for the past 19 years. After listening to Bose systems for years, I was not able to settle for any system of lesser quality.

The products have really changed. They are much more hi-tech now. I needed help from the staff to select my new systems. After that, it took several phone calls back to the store to help me learn the new Bose system. The staff at the store was very knowledgeable and patient with me. (I would have called the 800 support number, but the store staff seemed eager to help) With their help, the system is working great. The systems can work together or separately by using the really neat Bose App on my smartphone.
I just purchased a Bose Lifestyle SoundTouch surround sound system and a Bose SoundTouch JC Series II from the Bose Factory store.
If sound is important to you this is the only place to go.
These guys are INCREDIBLE! The two guys working in here set me straight and solved my problem with my old headphones and made me a 100% supporter of Bose. Customer service is probably the best I've ever had. I was in and out in minutes with a giant smile on my face. Great work guys, keep it up!
Staff are a little pushy in sales but are friendly. Items are of great quality but the prices are not what you would expect from a "factory outlet".
