Smithfield's PetSmart. Store was clean and my dog enjoyed flopping around the store with me as we shopped. Always seems to be low stock on the cat food I buy. This location offers grooming. Not a Bainfield or prescription pet food store.
This store would not let me use a coupon I printed unless I showed the email from petsmart with coupon on my phone. I took the coupon to white oak and they scanned it with no problem.
If I could give 0 stars i would. "Acting Manager" Tatianna refused a return that I was making with the excuse of "Petsmart can not make out of state returns". I called other stores to confirm that and found out it was a lie. I have called corporate and reported this store and person and they also told me she was wrong. She was rude and left me with 2 kids at the counter for 15mins while she went in the office doing who knows what. Returned only to refuse my purchase and kept my original receipt(did not even realize until later). Customer service has gone downhill with this one.

I took my dog in for an express grooming session which I paid 12 extra for and all today I paid 71.00 which is ridiculous considering I told the girl grooming her I specifically wanted all the back leg her cut. It was about 6 in. Long, so instead of doing what I ask, she thinned it, and Still left hair 6in long. I was clear, specific and she couldn't follow simple instructions. Also her vet papers say lab mix not Australian Sheppard. I had a migraine otherwise I would've taken her right back in to be cut like I asked. So y be going there again.
