I'm sure you all have your share of complaints, but this is NOT one. My wife and I bank at the Goldsboro location, and we have for probably 20 years. What few problems we have had, they have always been able to fix in a timely fashion. Dawn, Jennifer, Felicia, and Hannah always treat me like I have a lot of money in your bank, which I do not. They always have a smile on their face and the atmosphere is great . I enjoy banking at K S Bank.
