The staff is helpful, we mainly used the ATM outside which was a bit weird to get to sometimes (parking, lines) but overall it was a good experience.
The number give on the website is terrible. It leads you thru many prompt that will not dialog with a real person which I needed. After 15 minutes of waiting I have to get into my car to fix a bounced check that was paid from one of their customer. Very very upset thank you Wells Fargo. I will not open my business account with you
I absolutely love this branch and bank. The employees know me on a first name basis and are always courteous. I've been a customer since 2008 and refer everyone I know looking to open a new account be it checking, savings or any of their financial needs. I will undoubtedly be a customer for life.
