Always stay here when visiting family in N. Carolina. Perfect location. We always feel comfortable and welcomed! Our grandkids love the pool.
Beautiful rather new hotel. Fantastic breakfast offerings. This was the only place on our two week trip that offered tropical fruit salad which was a very nice change of pace to the usual hotel breakfast. Very clean accommodating room. Great employees and friendly service. Great value for our stay.
Pros: Staff was polite. Room was big The bathroom, microwave and fridge were separated from the bedroom area. Although technically in the same room, this was nice so you don't disturb anyone else while they are sleeping. Cons: Breakfast didn't have as many options as other BWs. There was a strong odor in the breakfast area. I think it was the fragrance of the cleaning detergent. It was too much so it was hard to have a relaxing breakfast. For some reason when waking on your bedroom, made a lot of noise on the floor. Not a squeaky noise, but kinda like a "boom" noise. You had to walk carefully and slow to try not to bother the guests immediately under your room. It was a bit annoying.

My family and I checked into this Best Western overnight on a trip going to Orlando,Fla. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, despite our checking in at 2am, even though we we're supposed to be there at midnight. The lobby was clean along with our rooms. It looks to be fairly new, if not, it has been well maintained by staff and housekeeping. Everyone was pleasant even the other hotel guest. Truly enjoyable to say good morning and EVERYONE says good morning back and vice versa. Would definitely stay here again for more than one night. There is a movie theater behind the hotel and outlet stores maybe less than a mile away, this hotel would be a great place for a shopping excursion or stop during a long road trip.
