Rooms are beautiful. Always clean. Great breakfast in the morning. Many amenities included. Friendly staff. Great location, many places to eat within walking distance. They have an awesome whirlpool suite! The outlet mall is s few minutes down the road. The Sheetz gas station across the street is a great place to get lunch/dinner. I LOVE this place and stay often!
Fist time to stop here. Excellent place with so many outlets around hotel. Friendly and efficient. We were driving all night so was able to get a room before check in. Thank you Sleep Inn
I wanted to purchase the pillows for us but the young lady said there delivery hadn't come yet. The free breakfast was very inviting and delicious as well! This is more than just a review for me, its acknowledging ACTS OF KINDNESS. Regardless of your profession, PEOPLE DON'T CARE HOW MUCH YOU KNOW, UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE❤
This hotel also had the updated room layout and was clean. The front desk called an hour after my reservation was booked through choice hotels asking what time I would arrive but didn't have any reason why they were asking. Otherwise this is the best Sleep Inn I've stayed in so far (North Carolina by I-95) between the northeast and Florida.
The check in process was quick. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The pillows and bedding were like clouds. The continental breakfast was tasty. There was a fitness center was easily accessible and they had an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. I enjoyed my weekend long stay.
My experience with Sleep Inn & Suites in NC was fabulous. My Dad(who is an 81 year old dialysis patient) and I were driving through from Perry Florida making our way to Philadelphia, we were exhausted and decided to layover. The customer service was Stellar. The room was CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. The beds and pillows were so relaxing my Dad said, "Babes that was the best sleep I had in a long time, I didn't get up not once"! I was so HAPPY to hear my Dad say that!
