Nine west have the most rude customer service ever especially when you order online!!! Never had such a hassle dealing with exchange/return online everrrr!!!! Will never order from them again!!!!

I hope this company is investigated for scamming customers. I ordered two pairs of shoes and the store only shipped one pair. It was an inside job and no manager ever called or looked into the purchase. The print false shipping labels and blame UPS. Worst experience ever. Never order from here.
